SOUTH SIDE COCKTAIL

The recipe can be traced back at least till 1916, the South Side is a vintage cocktail that might remind you of a mojito.

Ingredients:

• 50 ml of Adamus Organic Dry Gin
• 6 fresh mint leaves
• 30 ml fresh lime juice
• 15 ml sugar syrup

Preparation:

1. Add these ingredients to a shaker and shake it with ice for about a minute.
2. Afterwards strain it into a chilled martini glass and it’s done.
