Drunk apple, ice cream and Adamus
Always cook with gin, sometimes you can even put it in your food.
Ingredients

4 apples, peeled and cut into 6 segments

5 tablespoons of sugar

40g butter

2 orange peels

1 cinnamon stick

Juice of 1 lemon

Juice of 2 oranges
- 90ml of Adamus Dry Gin
Preparation
- In a frying pan heat the butter. Add the sugar and mix. Add the orange peel and the cinnamon stick. Stir and cook over medium heat until the sugar begins to melt and turn a brownish color.
- Add the orange juice, lemon juice and Adamus. Stir until the sugar is dissolved and the syrup begins to boil.
- Add the apples. Cook over high heat for 10 minutes. Stir from time to time. When the apples are cooked and the sauce has thickened, remove.
Serve hot and with a scoop of ice cream.
