History
From the robustness of the iconic Bairrada wines of the 1990s, we selected a blend with ideal physical, chemical and sensory characteristics, under the predominant influence of the Baga grape variety.
The liveliness of the wine was preserved, thus initiating a careful distillation in discontinuous copper stills, allowing for the age-old chemical bond between copper and the distillation process.
Old Portuguese oak barrels and Allier barrels of various types of grain and toast were aged for over 20 years in the family's old cellar. Here, all the necessary operations were taken care of, so that in the end, like any maestro, everything mirrored perfection.
