History
Adamus is a super premium artisan gin, produced in Portugal with exceptional organic botanicals. After extensive distillation and analysis of 86 botanicals, the 18 best were selected to create this sublime gin. It is the first gin in the world to include the Baga grape variety, typical of Bairrada, giving it a delicate, fruity flavor.
Adamus Signature 2023 is an exclusive limited edition, created by Rui Cruz, Master Distiller, using old family barrels. This gin is a tribute to tradition, experience and commitment to excellence.
The first gin aged in berry oak barrels is organic, vegan, well-structured, balanced and with balsamic characteristics that give it unique depth and persistence.
